Board Game Geek Rating: 7.42. Board Game Geek Avg Player Rating: 7.59. This game can accommodate 1 to 100 players and was published in 2018. It's the Retail Edition of the Welcome to... Play Mat, a board game accessory by Deep Water Games. It comes with one neoprene play mat and requires the Welcome to Your Perfect Home board game (sold separately). As an architect in Welcome To..., your goal is to build the best new town in 1950s US. You add resources to a pool, hire employees, etc. It plays like a roll - and - write dice game without dice. You flip cards from three piles to get action sets. Everyone chooses an action with a house number, fills houses on the street in order, and takes actions to gain points. There are options to alter or duplicate house numbers. All players race to complete public goals first. The communal actions make gameplay simultaneous, suitable for large groups. With various strategies and randomized action sets, each game is unique! At TheGameSteward, we're happy to back campaigns for games like this. A large part of your spending on this play mat will support new Kickstarter games. If you have any purchase questions or need game advice, contact us at The Game Steward.

How to use: First, make sure you have the Welcome to Your Perfect Home board game as the play mat is an accessory for it. Unroll the neoprene play mat on a flat surface where you'll play the game. When playing, flip cards from the three piles to get action sets. Choose an action with a house number and fill the corresponding house on the street in numerical order. Then take the action to increase estate point values or score points at the end. You can also take actions to change or duplicate house numbers. Try to be the first to complete the public goals. Note: The play mat is for use with the specific board game mentioned, so don't use it with other games. Keep it away from sharp objects to avoid scratches. Maintenance: If the play mat gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a damp cloth. Let it dry completely before rolling it up and storing it in a cool, dry place.
