To play B - Sieged: Sons of the Abyss, first set up the board game according to the instructions. The game is for 1 to 6 players. Each player controls a Hero of Modhelm. During your turn, you can take 3 actions. You can visit buildings in the Citadel to get resources like Food, Gold, Special Abilities, and Cards. After all players have taken their turns, it's the Monsters' turn. Each monster on the board will activate and act according to its rank. The game lasts for 12 rounds covering 4 seasons. Your goal is to keep the citadel safe until the Messenger returns with the magic artifact. Be aware that a surprise disruption might summon the Avatar of the Abyss. You need to stop it before it destroys the citadel. When not in use, store the game in a dry and cool place to prevent damage to the cards and pieces.
