Published in 2017, this is the Retail Edition of Yu-Gi-Oh! Legendary Decks II Themed Starters featuring Yugi, Kaiba, and Joey. Each set is a treasure trove for Yu-Gi-Oh! fans. The Yugi deck has 40 cards based on 'Exodia the Forbidden One' and 'Dark Magician', along with 3 Ultra Rare promotional cards (tournament-legal Egyptian God cards) and an Ultra Rare Yugi Token card. The Kaiba deck, with 43 cards centered on 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon', comes with an Ultra Rare Kaiba Token card. The Joey deck, also 43 cards, is based on 'Red-Eyes B. Dragon' and Gemini monsters, plus an Ultra Rare Joey Token card. There are also 3 Secret Rare promotional cards: 'Eternal Soul', 'Dark Burning Attack', and 'Dark Burning Magic'. The Kaiba and Joey Decks each contain 3 Ultra Rare cards, 40 Common cards, and 1 Token. The Yugi Deck has 6 Ultra Rare cards, 37 Common cards, and 1 Token.
