You can start by playing a few games using only the 32 brand - new promo encounter cards in the boxed set. This way, you can get familiar with the new innovations in the encounter system. After that, you can shuffle these cards into the regular encounter deck for more variety. When storing the game, keep it in a dry place to prevent the cards from getting damaged.
